Please note, we have a minimum call out charge of £50 We will walk through your home with you to inspect the carpet and identify any stains or problem areas. We use a black light to find stains we can't see with the human eye, so these can also be treated.
Learn moreSomething a lot of companies neglect. This is to remove the dry soil and is an important step in the cleaning process. No need to do this before we arrive, as we will still go through this step.
This is where we pre-spray the carpet and start to break down the dirt on a molecular level that a vacuum can't remove.
A special treatment to increase the chances of removing stubborn marks in the carpet. This is used before the cleaning process.
This is done to make sure every fibre is coated in the pre-spray and loosens deep dirt deep down in the carpet, and it also lifts the carpet pile up.
Hot water extraction/steam cleaning or encapsulation is used to remove all the dirt from deep in the carpet.
This is where we rake the carpet. This helps to reset the carpet pile and gives us the finishing touch.
Once we are finished. It's now time to show off our work and to make sure you are happy with the results.
